Our facilities are our biggest strength, we believe in latest technology enabled machineries and so we regularly update our machineries to match with the global norms and requirements. It consist of Pack House, Pre Cooling facility, Cold storage facility, Quality control team and loading area.
Highly conductive temperature of 23 C and RH of 75%. The whole packhouse is cooled at 23 C and 65% to 75% RH-an excellent atmosphere to receive the grapes. The grapes are thus kept in proper condition from the time of arrival and there is no deterioration in quality during the packing operation. The high humidity preserves the stem and the grapes and the whole bunch remain in a perfectly fresh condition. Also, graders and packers in the packhouse work in highly relaxed and comfortable atmosphere thus giving a higher output of packing.

The Grapes are precooled at 1 C from their field temperature.

The whole packhouse is appropriately and scientifically lighted by the Philips lighting system, which ensures uniform, equal intensity lighting in whole pack house. The light is maintained at true light colour resembling natural sunlight. This facilitates accurate grading. For an example, the water berries, the blemished berries are easily weeded/removed out the lot of good berries.
Society has constructed a laboratory to get members the information about actual requirement of plant for major nutrient by analyzing soil, water Petiole , Bud Testing & fertilizers and uptake by plant by analysing petioles and accordingly the dose of fertilizers are recommended. Members also get facility of bud testing for this purpose society has a well expert staff. Farmer has take the Benefit & Improve the Quality of Grapes.
Society has builded a meeting hall to held the Technical lectures, meetings and seminars. Members get latest technology information about grape cultivation and general information. The lectures are arranged by calling scientist of NRC Grapes, Pune and experts in grape field for best quality grape production.
